The Tumbes River is NavigableDownwards towards the Ocean and Upwards. It is possible to see some endangered crocodiles. A Special Law Was Promulgated To Increase Investments In This Area For Tourism.
The beach is ideal for all sorts of water-sport activities, e.g. swimming, sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, jet-skiing, motor boat and yacht tours, etc., and last but not least Sport Fishing(World Record) as Ernest Hemmingway used to do in his time near our beach. Richest Sea in Marine Species. There are over 100 Classes of fish including merlin, swordfish, etc. Many varieties of crabs. Diverse sorts of mollusks.
Whale Watching All Year Round: Only 30 Minutes Off The Coast, due to the overwhelming amount of Fishes.
The area is always blessed with amazing sunsets and ideal climate: The Average Temperature For The Year Is 75º Fahrenheit (24º C) the maximum and minimum temperature being 100º F and 66º F (38ºC and 19ºC) respectively. The heat is dry and bearable due to the soft sea breeze. There is no hurricane season!
The current infrastructure is an additional asset. There are two airports nearby. The Tumbes airport will be enlarged to receive Direct Flights From U.S.A. And Europe Via the Pan-American highway reaching the site is comfortable and easy.
